Imagine standing at the edge of the sea with nowhere to go. Behind you, an army is closing in. Before you, the water stretches as far as your eyes can see. You have no boats to carry you across, no bridge to lead you to safety, and no way to escape what is coming.
There is something beautiful about the words by faith. They remind us that some of the greatest things God has ever done through ordinary people began with a simple decision to believe Him. Before the walls fell, before the sea parted, before the promise was fulfilled, and before the miracle ever took place, there was faith.
The rain had finally stopped, but Noah and his family were still waiting.
